VSCode launched hundreds of SSH and coder vscodessh processes while idling after being disconnected #172

Description

@deansheather

I left my VSCode open last night when I slept my computer. When I woke it up the next day it was working fine but was obviously disconnected from the workspace.

I left VSCode running for the entire day, and I came back to my computer's memory 100% full, VSCode using 16GB of RAM and thousands of child processes on VSCode for ssh.exe, Console Window Host, Windows Command Prompt and coder-windows-amd64.exe.

Task manager wouldn't even show me the full list without lagging there was so many.
