Add YAML_CONFIG option to self-hosted documentation (#445)
* Add YAML_CONFIG option to self-hosted documentation for Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, GitHub, and GitLab * Update YAML_CONFIG placeholder to escaped format in self-hosted documentation for Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, GitHub, and GitLab
