[BUG] Using deprecated packages: @babel/plugin-proposal-private-methods and vis #1475

@Martinspire

Description

@Martinspire

As mentioned in issue #1387 the @babel/plugin-proposal-private-methods is deprecated. In the issue however, it is solved by adding it, which was a different issue entirely (namely that it wasn't added and gave typescript issues).

So can it be replaced by the finalized package or is there something holding back the migration?

Similarly vis gives an error about using visjs as well: vis@4.21.0-EOL: Please consider using https://github.com/visjs. Is there any chance of that migration too? It doesn't look like its a massively different module, though it is handled a bit differently.
