There seems to be a scenario where someone's tags are not processed, or not processed in the correct order. We've had reports of settings whose availability is controlled by 4CAT configuration (e.g. 'Allow indirect downloads' for the video downloader) appearing and disappearing between page refreshes. Not clear at the moment why or when this occurs, but it might be a case of two tags with conflicting or equal priority 'fighting' for precedence.
