Misleading wording on the page for teams #7663

Description
When going to the teams page, the description at the top states that every team member has admin privileges, however this isn't true anymore since Team Roles were released back in 2023.
Steps to Reproduce
- Head to https://discord.com/developers/teams
- Notice the following statement
"Each team member has admin privileges for anything owned by that team"
Expected Behavior
An updated text to mention the existence of other roles
