Missing information

Description

We need more information on what is included "in the box" when we use the AddStandardResilienceHandler.

The page lists the 5 included strategies in a nice table, but it does not mention the arguments those default strategies are using.

e.g. what parameters does the Rate limiter strategy use?
How long until the retry policy retries? Does it have exponential backoff?
etc.
