To quickly ensure that the entire test suite runs on Android as well as run one-of experiments with Android specific tools like ARM Mali Streamline or AGI, it is desirable to have an playgrounds harness that runs on Android. This could be backend by NativeActivity and package all relevant assets for running the test suite on Android.
