Steps to reproduce

1.Use ViewPager2 to load FlutterFragments and set the offscreenPageLimit for caching.

2.Open a secondary page or go to the home screen.

3.Return to the ViewPager2 page and switch tabs.

Expected results

Tab switching should be smooth, with no flickering or white screen.

Actual results

After all FlutterFragments are loaded, returning from the home screen or returning from a secondary page causes a brief white screen during the first tab switch.
