bench_wrapbox_scroll.skwasm.drawFrameDuration.average regression on Skia roll. #171724
Description
The implicated roll was 834dfc4. Numbers went from ~770 (ms?) to ~1800.
The only commit in that roll was a cap on the size of the decompressed PNG. Perhaps that cap is being achieved via scaling? If so, I'd be down to this being an acceptable regression. But not sure how this affects the "average" though.
