Upgrade device on https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/bot?id=flutter-devicelab-linux-1

The Pixel 7 Pro is currently running on Android 15. We should update it to Android 16.

This update can be done on the device, and it needs to be connected to wifi:

1. Navigate to Settings > System > Software Update
2. Select Install update
3. Wait 20-30 Minutes while update is installed.
4. Once complete, a restart button will appear. Press this and re-rack the phone.
