When completing the SOAP process, it would be useful to still have access to the Snapshot link. Then it's possible to revisit answers later or update them easily following future reviews. So add the button for this to the policy page and pass through the generated link from the team policies page.

The challenge here is to also snapshot the subpolicy answers, which requires more than just adding the Snapshot button to the policy page as that functionality currently doesn't support the subpolicies question data
