As I posted on the other issue: It looks like you're trying to build with Java 23, while the CodeQL version you're using (2.17.3) pre-dates Java 23. Could you try with an up-to-date version of CodeQL?

Could you share the complete command line output and and the build-tracer.log file from the database directory?

think for you help i check the command line output find the two codeql source at my environment，i tied with the new codeql and create database success! Thank you again for your kind help
