- Max team size is 4. +
- Individual registrations are allowed. (We may pair you up with someone at the venue, if you wish) +
- Cross college teams are allowed. +
- You are required to bring your own laptop, charger, cables, or other necessary hardware required for your project. +
- For each theme, there will be a set of problem statements on which you will have to work on. The problem statements may include one or more themes. The problem statements will be uploaded on the website shortly. +
- There will be 2 assessment rounds at the hackathon. After each assessment round, scores will be awarded to the teams +
- Top 10 teams will be selected for pitching in the final round. +
- The decision of judges is final and binding. +

+ How was hackCBS 1.0?
+
+

+ hackCBS 1.0 was successfully held at SSCBS Campus, New Delhi in collaboration with CloudyBoss, Lucideus, CodingNinja and many more. There was an overwhelming no. of applications for the hackathon, out of which about 450 + developers were selected. hackCBS 1.0 broke all the records set by other conventional hackathons while being the 1st ever hackathon to be ever conducted in Delhi University.

+ A hackathon is a design sprint-like event in which computer programmers and others involved in software development, including graphic designers, interface designers, project managers, and others, often including subject-matter-experts, + collaborate intensively on software projects.

+ How big a team can be?
+
+
+
+ The maximum team size is four and lone rangers are also welcome. Participants selected on an individual basis and can team up on the spot as well. +
+
+ Who all can participate?
+
+
+
+ This is a student hackathon and only students are allowed to participate. You’ll be required to verify at the event by showing your student ID card.
+
+ Will there be any prizes?
+
+
+
+ Of course, there will be prizes, although it isn’t all about winning but what you learn and build during the event. But don’t worry there will be a panel of judges that will select the three best hacks based on creativity, + technical difficulty, design, and usefulness. Prizes for first, second and third place will be there.
+
+ What to bring to the hackathon?
+
+
+
+ Please bring a valid university ID (or any student ID if in high school), a computer (preferably a laptop), chargers, and any hardware you will use for your hack. No firearms, weapons, alcohol, or illegal drugs are allowed + on campus.
