Feedback

Hi team,

I'm trying to integrate Alexa with my Home Assistant setup. I've double-checked and confirmed that all the required information is correctly filled in — including account credentials, entity exposure settings, and any necessary configuration files.

However, when I attempt to complete the integration, I consistently receive the following error message:

"Unknown error occurred"

There’s no additional information or logs pointing to the source of the issue.

Could you please assist me in identifying what might be causing this error and how to resolve it?

Thanks in advance for your support!

Best regards,
