Is your url correct ? http://:8581 isn't a valid URL Also logs may help |

🤦 I am sorry for this copy-paste mistake. I took "http:// < ip address of your synology nas > :8581" from the Installation How-To and didn't think about it being replaced. Yes, I try visiting http(s)://192.168.0.XXX:8581, but it's not loading anything. The service looks fine in the Synology UI, but I can't get the UI to become available. |

I'm not a Synology SME, and don't have the physical device but I presume that the package centre would have logs or something to show the status of the container start |

I found out that the homebridge-syno-spk 3.0.21 isn't working with NodeJS v18 as it runs Homebridge > v1.6.1. Version 3.0.17 seems to be the last one running on NodeJS v18. Now it works |

Hello community,
I installed homebridge on my Synology DS214play. It's version 3.0.21 as the 214play only supports NodeJS v18, not v22. The installation looks fine in the Synology UI, but the URL http://:8581 is not reachable. Restarting the Synology didn't solve it, a firewall isn't active on the NAS either.
Could you provide an indication what might be the reason for this?
