WSClean: explore parallelization and gridding options for fast runtimes on large images #578

Make sure we provide competitive performance in our WSClean integration (WscleanDirtyImager, WscleanImageCleaner in karabo.imaging.imager_wsclean), even for large images. Explore the different parallelization and gridding options implemented in WSClean, make use of them in Karabo. Related: #570.
