Describe the bug
Input method chosen constraint is not working

To Reproduce

Created key mapper with input method constraint as Gboard.
Key mapper got triggered even when no input method is chosen

Upload a backup of your keymaps.
keymapper_mappings.zip

Expected behavior
Key mapper should only be triggered when keyboard typing is active

Smartphone (please complete the following information):
