When a TestExecution is updated this integration code should post the update back to GitHub.

Presumably the TestRun.notes field (or maybe a tag) will be pointing back to a GitHub pull request which we can update. The status should appear in the Checks tab.

This will make it possible to schedule both automated and manual testing for the same PR. Presumably you already have a way to deploy a PR for manual testing.
