This particular error result no longer (?) seems to be guaranteed:

expectedErrMsg: "NodePrepareResources failed: rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = context deadline exceeded",

This first showed up in https://prow.k8s.io/view/gs/kubernetes-ci-logs/logs/ci-kubernetes-unit/1924833385868431360 on 5/20/2025.
