1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

This document and all associated materials (hereinafter referred to as "Work") are the sole intellectual property of Christian Heinrich Hohlfeld. All original concepts, insights, theories, algorithms, software, and intellectual combinations presented in the Work are exclusively created by the author. No third party or external individual or entity holds any intellectual property rights related to this Work.

2. Use of Artificial Intelligence

This Work has involved the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as Google Gemini and OpenAI ChatGPT. These AI tools were used strictly for:

Verification of Hypotheses through mathematical proof generation.

Text Generation for the structure, wording, and presentation of content.

The author asserts that all conclusions, insights, and intellectual findings are entirely his own, and the AI tools were used solely as supplementary resources to aid in verifying the author's hypotheses and improving text fluency. The AI systems did not contribute any original ideas or intellectual conclusions to this Work.

No rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, adapt, or create derivative works based on this Work are granted to any party without explicit, prior, and written permission from Christian Heinrich Hohlfeld.

4. Restrictions and Prohibitions

5. Legal Protection and Enforcement

This Work is protected under international copyright law, including the Berne Convention, and any applicable national intellectual property laws.

Any infringement of rights related to this Work will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including civil and/or criminal penalties.
