"Systemd:MariaDB service is NOT available"
https://github.com/nsacyber/HIRS/blob/main/package/linux/db/mysql_util.sh#L25

This message should indicate that the script is checking whether systemd is available. It could make the user think there's a problem with the mariadb installation procedure when attempting to solve ACA installation issues. The message is usually encountered while using an ACA container.
