Detailed description

When I use cv::connectedComponentsWithStats function in multi thread, will get random result every, and it even change the input image value, but the function signature is cont cv::Mat&! And I changed threads of cv to 1,the result is same each time, and never chane the input mat value,so the parallel version may have some impl which is not very correct!

Steps to reproduce

you just invoke this function with a large image in multi thread

Issue submission checklist

  • I report the issue, it's not a question
  • I checked the problem with documentation, FAQ, open issues, forum.opencv.org, Stack Overflow, etc and have not found any solution
  • I updated to the latest OpenCV version and the issue is still there
  • There is reproducer code and related data files (videos, images, onnx, etc)
