Feature or enhancement

Proposal:

The lzma C library has added ARM64 and RISCV filter support which could help reduce
compression ratio when utilized on ARM64 and RISCV binary programs. However, relevant
Python support is missing.

Has this already been discussed elsewhere?

This is a minor feature, which does not need previous discussion elsewhere
