RFC: Audit Log Controller

Placeholder, to be updated once RFC changes settle down

  • Create / Update
    • Add edit page for new CR
    • Add basic type info for how CR works (using existing type definition mechanism)
  • List
    • Custom columns to enhance view
  • Model
    • Enabled/Disable action

When starting dev the audit policy crd is required

Agreed, bumping.

If rancher/rancher#49488 does merge in v2.12.0 the feature will still be usable, but the user would be restricted to the generic list display and yaml create/edit. Wouldn't say that's blocking.
