In the libcamera-configuration section, there are instructions to "uncomment" the line

                # "camera_timeout_value_ms" : 0,

and change the number to 60000. This is correct for PiSP (Raspberry Pi 5) but wrong for the VC4 variant, where the commented line does not appear. (The file does mention and document the commented-out setting "disable_startup_frame_drops", but for some reason not this one.)

We should either correct the YAML file to match the documentation, or correct the documentation to match the file.
