First, thanks for developing and maintaining this great package - I wouldn't know how to handle documentation for Python packages without it!

For my question:
Last month, I made a trivial PR in sphinxcontrib-qthelp, which just changes the meta data to include the license.
I noticed that the extension repos have no issue or discussion features, and the PRs seem mainly be used by the dependabot and not be monitored; shall I write an issue/discussion first somewhere else first, instead of creating a PR (or several PRs, as this would be relevant for a few more extensions)?

EDIT: I've closed the mentioned PR, will wait a bit before also closing this question.
