What did you do?

Open file explorer and double click on database file to open it.

(SQLite Browser is the default app to open .db files)

What did you expect to see?

The database file should open in DB Browser for SQLite.
This worked on an older version of DB Browser for SQLite (I cannot remember which version. It was older than 3.12.2

What did you see instead?

When I click on DB Browser for SQLite.exe, the "Select an app to open this .db file" re-opens. DB Browser for SQLite never opens.
