DB cannot open - claims to be locked #3966

Details for the issue
What did you do? If tried to open an SQLite database.
What did you expect to see? The list of tables, etc
What did you see instead? A message saying : executeSQL" "database table is locked (SELECT .... FROM "main".sql_master) could not get list of db objects: database table is locked"
It is not locked! I have tried this on databases I have rarely ever used - but on some it works (most it doesn't)

DB4S v3.13.1 [built for x86_64-little_endian-llp64] on Windows 10 Version 2009 (winnt/10.0.19045) [x86_64]
using SQLite Version 3.46.1
and Qt 5.15.2
