Add blockchain community option in the skill picker page #1241
Description
Analysis and steps :
- Identify blockchain program id, add in topcoder.constants.js
- Decide the place of the blockchain community in the list (order)
- Add necessarily related code in skill-picker.controller.js
- Test whether blockchain is posted/get via API - memberCert/registrations
