Vedika Khemani wins 2024 Infosys Prize in Physical Sciences

Vedika Khemani, associate professor of physics, has been awarded the 2024 Infosys Prize in Physical Sciences from the Infosys Science Foundation in India. The prize is given to researchers of Indian origin and aims to celebrate an individual’s success and excellence in their chosen field. Khemani was chosen for her groundbreaking contributions to the study of nonequilibrium quantum matter, including her discovery of time-crystals.
