The application of effective teaching methods needs to be implemented to improve the quality of m... more The application of effective teaching methods needs to be implemented to improve the quality of microbiology education which can empower important competencies in the current era. This study aims to analyze the application and trajectory of argumentation-based inquiry learning through the application of microbiology lectures. This research uses research design methods consisting of preliminary design steps, teaching experiments and retrospective analysis. The source of the data comes from student learning activities in argumentation-based inquiry learning implemented in microbiology courses. The results showed that the learning trajectory of Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) in microbiology lectures with an argumentation-based inquiry model was in accordance with the stages of student research ranging from determining research themes, compiling proposals, designing and implementing data collection, analyzing data, discussing research results, writing research reports to conducting scientific publications in journals. Students who carry out microbiology lectures using argumentation-based inquiry learning through the implementation of different research in the field of microbiology experience a similar learning trajectory so that a specific and distinctive set of Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) can be formulated.

There are many incidents where students' understanding of biology subject matter is very poor. Looking at the statement above, there are many learning methods that can be applied to improve students' learning outcomes in the classroom. One of them is the application of the biological song method, which can be abbreviated as biosong. The aim of this research is to find out whether the Biosong learning method can have an effect on improving student learning outcomes in plant tissue material. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews, as well as posttest learning outcomes tests and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this research is: descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis. In the experimental class Kolmogorov Smirnov calculation p-value = 0.002 < 0.05 so the data is not normally distributed and Shapiro-Wilk p-value = 0.008 < 0.05 so the data is not normally distributed, and the hypothesis test data obtained Sig 0.000 so the hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant influence between the learning outcomes of students who use the biosong learning method and the learning outcomes of students who use the biosong method.

ABSTRAK
Banyak sekali kejadian dimana pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran biologi sangat kurang. Melihat pernyataan di atas banyak metode pembelajaran yang mampu diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan hasil belajar siswa di dalam kelas. Salah satunya adalah penerapan metode lagu biologi (Biology Song) yang dapat disingkat dengan nama biosong. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah metode pembelajaran Biosong dapat berpengaruh dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Jaringan Tumbuhan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, dan juga tes hasil belajar pemberian posttest lalu teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu: analisis deskriptif dan analisis hipotesis. Pada kelas eksperimen perhitungan kolmogorov smirnov p-value = 0,002 < 0,05 sehingga data berdistribusi tidak normal dan shapiro-Wilk p-value = 0,008 < 0,05 sehingga data berdistribusi tidak normal, dan data uji hipotesis diperoleh Sig 0,000 maka hypothesis diterima. terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran biosong dengan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan metode biosong.

This research aims to analyze how the needs in the application of Windows Shopping learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research are biology teachers and students of class XI SMAN 1 Jamblang odd semester of 2023/2024 academic year. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and observations. The results showed that there is a need for the application of learning models that support students in improving creative thinking skills. One of the efforts that can be made, namely by applying the Windows Shopping learning model. Window Shopping model is a learning model that can make students more creative and involved in their learning process.

argumentation is one of the skills that a prospective science teacher
needs to develop and needs to be trained so that prospective teachers
have experience and skills to apply when they become teachers later.
The scientific argumentation skills in laboratory activities needs to be
trained to provide training to students to use the results of laboratory
activity to answer problems in the field of biology. This study aims to
apply inquiry-oriented laboratory activities that focus on scientific
argumentation in laboratory courses and to analyze the quality of
scientific arguments of prospective biology teacher students during
laboratory activities. The method used in this study is mixed methods
research type exploratoryy which combines qualitative and
quantitative approaches with complementarity. The research subject
is a prospective student of a 5th semester biology teacher who takes
microbiology courses. The results showed that the application of
scientific argumentation in laboratory activity was carried out in 3
stages, namely initial discussion, experiment, observation and final
discussion after experiment. The results of the analysis of the quality
of scientific argumentation show that the argumentation skills of some
students is at the middle level. The conclusion of this laboratory
activity shows that students' scientific argumentation skills can
develop well if they have the opportunity to discuss critically by using
experimental data and their knowledge obtained from literature
studies.
