ic-scroll-to-target - The Scroll To Target Attribute

Summary

The ic-scroll-to-target attribute tells Intercooler to scroll the top of the target element into the viewport, if it is not visible. This can be paired with the ic-scroll-offset attribute to fine tune exactly what position is scrolled to.
