Homemade Fruit Gummies
15min · 1 serving Ingredients: • ¾ cup 100% tart cherry juice • ¼ cup fresh lime juice • 2 tbsp raw honey • 3 tbsp beef gelatin The (super simple) method: • Heat cherry and lime juice on medium heat until hot (but not boiling). • Reduce heat to low and whisk in honey until fully dissolved. • Add in 1 tbsp of gelatin at a time until mostly dissolved, whisking consistently — about 5-10 minutes. • Remove from heat and pour into silicone molds (we found ours on Amazon). • Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours until they reach a gummy consistency. • Store in a Stasher in the fridge until ready to gift (or keep for yourself 😉).
