Codex Theodosianus est corpus iuris, quod Theodosius II (408–450), imperator Imperii Romani Orientalis, una cum Valentiniano III (425–455), imperatore Imperii Romani Occidentalis conscribi iussit, quo "leges" Romanae ac "constitutiones" imperiales ab anno 312 componerentur.
