John Hays picture

John Hays teaches Negotiating Process. Prof. Hays is a member of Jackson Kelly PLLC in the firm’s Lexington office, and is a 1988 coif graduate of the College of Law. He has experience representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters, but for the past twenty years he has focused his practice in construction litigation and transactions. He also has extensive training and experience as a mediator in construction, commercial, employment and personal injury disputes and regularly serves as an arbitrator in construction and commercial cases. He is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals and the Commercial Arbitration Panel for the American Arbitration Association. He is a frequent author and lecturer on topics related to construction law and alternative dispute resolution.
