Licensing

This project is licensed under the LGPLv3 license or at your option any later version.

Since the LGPLv3 license is a modification of the GPLv3 license, both licenses are included as COPYING.LESSER and COPYING files respectively.

Notes

Although this is licensed under the LGPLv3 license, we allow both static and dynamic linking as long as you comply with the other terms of the LGPLv3 license.

If you wish to use to use this in a project licensed under GPLv2 you must re-license your project to GPLv2 or later to be compatible with LGPLv3. For more information please see the FSF website.
