Adding tackler_api library as a dependency

Run this command in a terminal, in your project's directory:

cargo add tackler-api

To add it manually, edit your project's Cargo.toml file and add to the [dependencies] section:

tackler-api = "0.8.0"

The tackler_api library will be automatically available globally. Read the tackler_api library documentation.
