Recipe: 1.5kg maris pipers, peeled and cut into even chunks Salt 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda Olive oil Chimichurri 100ml olive oil 2tbsp red wine vinegar 30g parsley, finely chopped 3 garlic cloves, crushed 1-2 chillis, diced 1tsp oregano 1tsp salt 1/2tsp pepper 1.
