If you are sick of chicken, want something quick and easy or just love a Philly Cheesesteak, THESE are for you! I love to toss them in a wrap or eat them straight from the bowl!  4 servings Ingredients: 1lb of ground beef (I used 93/7) 60g onion 150g green peppers dash of each: black pepper, salt, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic power mozzarella cheese  Brown your beef. While beef is cooking, chop your veggies. Drain excess oil from meat and return to heat. Add your seasonings and veggies, cook until softened. Portion your beef into individual bowls (~130g each*). Top with 28g of mozzarella cheese.
