One of the most common questions I get asked is “do you track your macros?” I use to track but now at a point where I can look at foods/meals and just know what the macros are. I eat intuitively, listen to my body, don’t restrict, and focus on high protein & high quality foods. 

I love being able to have freedom and enjoyment with my foods all while choosing cleaner options! And yes, I also eat burgers and ice cream… it’s all about balance! 

Breakfast: 
-protein overnight oats with banana, blueberries, granola & honey 

Smoothie:
-vanilla protein powder, frozen berry/greens, greek yogurt, chia & flax seeds, almond milk

Lunch:
-tuna salad (can of tuna, @chosenfoods mayo, s&p, garlic powder), tomatoes, avocad Hard Boiled Egg Snack, Boiled Egg Snack, Balance Breakfast, Overnight Oats With Banana, Oats With Banana, Honey Smoothie, Protein Overnight Oats, Breakfast Protein, Banana Overnight Oats
