Holidays are a great opportunity to add some fun / variety to your Bootcamp! Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Australia Day, Cinco De Mayo etc. etc. Come Christmas time – there’s no better workout than the “12 Days of Christmas Bootcamp Workout”. Ask everyone to wear something “Christmas-y”. Now “Christmas-y” is going to mean different things to different people but really – it’s probably going to be mean either wearing something red or green or maybe a T-shirt saying “Merry Christmas”
