Recipe: In a bowl, add sugar, yeast, water and let it bubbles and rest for 10 minutes. Add eggs, salt, oil and yogurt. Add 2 cups flour. Mix well. Kneed the dough for 10 minutes and add the remaining flour until smooth and form a ball. Let it rest for 1 hr and double the size. Once it rises, divide the dough into 8-10 pieces. Form each piece into a small ball. Roll and flatten it into round flat naan 🫓. 5-6 inches diameter. Heat a pan, brush oil or no oil and fry the bread, golden brown on each side. You can brush more oil or butter after it’s cooked. Garnish some fresh herbs. Enjoy!
