PERSIAN CHICKEN BITES Ingredients: • 1.25 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes • 1 small yellow onion • 1/3 cup greek yogurt • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp paprika • 1/2 tsp turmeric • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper •1/2 tsp saffron Directions: • 1️⃣ Mix together the marinade in a blender or food processor. Pour over your chicken & marinate for at least 30 mins - overnight. • 2️⃣ Pan fry in avocado oil on medium heat for 2-3 mins each side until golden on the outside, juicy on the inside!
