366K views · 9.2K reactions | this easy crockpot dinner is so yummy 😋 | dinner, chicken meat, barbecue | this easy crockpot dinner is so yummy 😋 y'all this bbq chicken in the crockpot is so good! | By Kristin's Friends | Alright y'all I have some chicken breast I'm just putting right on in my crock pot alright three I put three in there you can put four if you want you know whatever you want next here we're going to do a little bit of seasoning alright so I have some some garlic I'm just going to put like a little bit on top of each chicken alright here we go just like that little bit of garlic little bit alright next here we're going to take some salt little bit of pink Himalayan salt alright delicious mm mm and now look I got me a fancy pepper grinder. So, let's see. I haven't used it yet. Okay. Uh alright. There we go. Wait, is it coming out? Yeah, there it is. When y'all told me that I should do fresh pepper like this so I did. See, I listen to y'all I do. Look, I'm even wearing one glove. Just to make make the glove police happy. That's why. That's not why. I'll tell y'all why. Um bag of vegetables. Whatever kind you want. I have this in my freezer so it's what we doing. Oh what is that? Green beans, peas, carrots, and corn. Corn corn. See you in the morning. Okay y'all sometimes I laugh at myself. I might not be that funny to y'all. Okay. Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce. I love this stuff. So we're going to put some in here. Some? I don't know. Let's see. About that much. Oh let's see that's about I don't know I want to put about a cup actually so I think that yeah that's good we put a little more than a cup in there alright and then what we going to do we're going to take a little bit of green onion and we're just going to put this right on top alright alright y'all so all we going to do here we're going to cover this up we have one more step but we gotta let the chicken cook first so we're going to cover this up when I do chicken breast the way I like to do in my Crock Pot is 1 hour on high and then 2 hours on low so that's what we going to do alright y'all the other thing I better tell you about this glove so I was cleaning my food processor and I cut my finger. So, I put a glove on because you know, that just to stay clean but I figured that maybe 50% of the glove fleece will be happy because I'm wearing one glove. So, I don't know. What do you all think about that? Alright, y'all. We'll we'll check this out in about three hours and then we're going to do another step. Alright, y'all. So, this has been in my crock pot for about three and a half hours. First hour, I cooked it on high and then I switched it to low. So, remember, we just have some vegetables in here, our chicken breast, and some sweet baby rays. Alright, so our last step here, I had some extra sharp cheddar cheese. So we're just going to do a layer right on top, alright? Do a layer right on top. I'm going to use about, I don't know, about two cups of, actually, guess what? We're using the rest. Alright, here we go. Cheese cheese. No such thing as too much cheese y'all. Alright. So, we're going to leave that. We're going to cover this up and let it cook for about 10 more minutes and then we're going to try it y'all. I'm so excited for this delicious barbecue chicken dinner. Alright, y'all. Here we are. Our cheese is all melted. Our chicken's done. So, this is a low-carb dish. If y'all want to shred up the chicken, you can. You can make sandwiches with it. You can eat it over rice. Uh I'm just going to eat it like this though. I'm just going to take one of these chicken breast out. Um but yeah, there's so many options y'all of what you can do with this. So, let's get one of these chicken breast out and put it on my plate like so and you know what? I'm going to get some of this juice because I want I want my chicken to be nice and moist. Alright. I'm going to move this here. I'm going to move this to the side. I'm going to cut into this delicious chicken. Nice and tender and moist. Look at that y'all. Looks so good. Alright. So now we going to have a little bite because guess what? It's going to be so hot. Ooh that's that that's squeaky. Okay that's a real little bite. Alright y'all I'm I'm having a real little bite because it's going to be so hot. It's going to be delicious. Get some of that sauce. Y'all that tastes so good. Y'all have to try this.
This dessert is a game changer! | dessert, coffee, Rick Lax | This dessert is a game changer! Justine makes a blueberry lemon tiramisu without the coffee. This original video was produced by Network Media, Rick... | By Kiera & Ryan & Danny & Justine | Alright, so we have our can of blueberry pie filling here and I'm just putting it on the bottom of my thirteen by nine pan. You don't need to grease this pan. It's fine ungreased. Save your pan for another recipe. Okay, we use that whole can and we're going to spread that so that it's a nice, thin layer. Ooh, we want it from edge to edge. That blueberry smells so good, you guys. Mm mm mm. Okay. Nice layer right in our pan. Okay. Now, this is going to be such a good dessert, you guys. Once that's nice and thin, I'm going to go ahead and grab some lady fingers. Alright, this is going to be super fun. So, what we're going to do with our ladyfingers is we're going to grab some lemon juice. We're going to pour that right into our bowl. Use the whole jar I I have my lady fingers already unpackaged. Throw those in there. Just like you would a tiramisu with coffee. We're going to put our lady fingers right in that lemon juice. Soak 'em and then, right on top of that blueberry, super quick 'cuz these fingers get soggy faster than your cereal. So, you're dipping 'em in the lemon and then, you're putting 'em right on top of the blueberry pie filly. And it's going to give 'em the best lemon taste. Oh my god. The lemon blueberry flavors of this dessert is going to blow your mind. So, just dump em. And then place right there. Mm mm mm. It's going to be so good you guys. I can only imagine what's next. Okay. So, once we have a nice layer of ladyfingers, we are going to go ahead and grab some lemon pie filling because that lemon juice was not enough lemon flavor for me and we're just going to grab some scoops. Place it right on there. Don't worry, we will spread it out. This just helps get the surface covered quicker and Okay. Just right there. Just a thin layer. Spread this out just like this. Oh my gosh. Look at that beautiful yellow. This is going to be delicious you guys. Okay, we used about three fourths of the can but don't worry, we're going to use the rest of that can because this is going to be a delicious blueberry lemon tiramisu. Oh, what? Yep. Alright. That looks nice and spread out. It's time to make the cream. Gonna put this to the side. Grab our bowl. Grab some heavy whipping cream. Whoo. And we're going to get that. Pull. Bottle in there. That is 16 ounces. Okay. Now, we're going to go ahead and get our mixer and we're going to mix this baby up. So now this is nice and creamy. I'm going to turn this down. Look at that creaminess. Mm mm mm. I'm going to go ahead and grab some you guys know what I mean though it's the cheese that it's the cheese that goes in your tiramisu look it even says tiramisu on there and we are going to put oh some nice cheese right in there look how buttery and delicious that is okay whoo and this is going to add all the flavor to our whipped topping for a tiramisu. This is not a traditional tiramisu for obvious reasons. I'm not using eggs. I'm taking the easy way out making my own version. Obviously, there's no coffee in it. So, I know you you all are going to be like, this is not tiramisu. Well, this is my version. You guys know I love lemon. So, I'm making my version. Now, we're just going to blend that into our heavy whipping cream. Nice and easy. Just going to make that really thick and delicious. This baby is ready. Do you see how creamy that is? So, I did end up putting my whole container of that cheesy goodness in there. I won't try to say the name again because you guys will just make fun of me. Mascarpone. So, now, we're going to do a nice layer of our cream and we're not going to use all this. We're only going to use half of what we made. Oh, this is going to be so good though. Right on top. Just like this. Mm mm mm. It looks so fluffy. It is so fluffy. The mixture of heavy whipping cream with that cheese is just incredible. How much how long did you beat it for? I beat it for like 10 minutes total. So like six minutes with just the heavy whipping cream. And then I did additional four minutes with that cheese in there. Sweet. Oh yeah. This is going to be so good you guys. Okay. So now we just do our layers again. So we're going to add some blueberry in there. Yum yum yum. Mm looks absolutely delicious. You can see the cream down there. Wow. Alright. Now we're going to do another layer of lady fingers with our lemon juice dip. Alright. Get your last lady finger. Look that was the perfect amount of juice. Pull lace it. Get that lemon pie filling on top of those. Oh my blueberry lemon deliciousness. This is going to be so refreshing for a hot summer day. But I'm pretty sure that everybody's going to love this. Alright. Now that delicious creamy feeling. Right on top. We're going to use the rest of it. Look. We're no waste. No no waste today. Haste makes waste and no waste in this house. Yeah. Just get it nice and on top. It's customizable. All of my desserts are customizable to your liking and your taste preferences. Then you can say it's homemade. Yeah. I mean this is homemade. Like everything I did. I mean I didn't make the lady fingers but and I didn't make the pie filling so maybe it's not homemade. Nothing. But it's made from the heart and that's homemade for me. It's a homemade cheese whipped cream. Yeah. Tearing with sous cream. More of those blueberries left. And we're going to do a nice little swirly whirly. Oh wow. On top. Get that blueberry. That just gives us some nice color. Yeah, some nice tie-dye depth. Wow. That one has a little bit of lemon in it. Yeah. Okay. Now, this baby is going to go in the fridge for, you know, about 30 minutes and it's going to be ready to eat. It's ready but first, look at those layers. Wow. This is going to be on a gorgeous dessert. Okay. I'm going to go ahead and zest some lemon on here. There we go. Beautiful. I can smell it. Mhm. And don't forget this also has some delicious blueberry in here. So we're going to do some fresh blueberries right on top. Just sprinkle them in. And that just really completes the dish and ties everything together, don't you think? Yeah, you're telling me. Look at it. Wow. Ooh, I want to slice too. Oh, yeah. This is going to be so good, you guys. I want to see it. Ooh doesn't that look so good? Okay. You call me crazy but I'm going to put some ready whip on there because I am ready to whip. Mm mm mm. Oh, perfect bite. Is it good? Ooh. It's sour and bright. Oh, so good.

Half cup of apple sauce. One cup of whole milk. Mmm apple sauce and milk. Delicious. Who would have thought? Three eggs. One. Two. And three. Alright, now we're going to mix this together. We're going to beat these eggs. Look y'all. I'm using a whisk. I'm using a whisk. Even though I like my pork. I'm using a whisk. Alright, y'all. So, we just making a little a little delicious dessert, quick and easy. Now, once that that's mixed decent. So, we just using a box of yellow cake mix. So, I I did it a little bit different. I used water. I mean, I used milk instead of water. I used the three eggs and then I used apple sauce instead of oil. There goes the bag. Alright, there we go. Perfect. I'm going to mix this. Easy peasy. So we're making a delicious cake hack. So I have a grease that was loud. Sorry. Nine by 13. Baking dish. We're going to pour our cake mix in here. Remember I used milk instead of water. And I used apple sauce instead of oil. One of y'all taught me that actually. Now I do it all the time because I don't know that vegetable oil. It's kind of weird right? Alright y'all so I'm just going to finish pouring this in here. We're going to bake this directions according to the directions on the package. 350, I think about 25 or 30 minutes. Alright y'all here's that cake we made. That simple cake that we used apple sauce and milk instead of oil and water. So, we're going to poke some holes with the fork, alright? Lots of holes all the way down. Lots of holes, holes, holes, holes, alright? I really like making these like poke cakes. It's like one of my new favorite things. You know what, you know what I'm going to eat this? Mmm. That cake taste good by itself. Okay, we done. Just kidding. One package of strawberry jello right in our little dish here and to that we're going to add one cup of hot water boiling water actually not just boil it we're going to mix this until it's dissolved the directions say two minutes that's a long time I feel like maybe if I mix faster oh okay but I won't do that because I'm going to make a mess alright so after that's dissolved we're going to add a/ 2 cup of cold water alright so not the directions on of jello. You follow my directions, alright? Half cup of cold water. We can give that a little mix. Alright, so once that's nice and incorporated, we're going to take our strawberry jello and we're going to pour this all over on top of our cake. Alright. It's going to go into all these holes. It's going to be so good y'all. Oh, I've got better save some for this part. Alright, y'all. So, now what we're going to do, we're going to put this in the fridge for two hours to let the jello set and I'm so excited to show y'all the topping I do on this cake. It's going to be delicious and beautiful. Alright, y'all. So, here we have our yellow cake. Remember, we made it with milk and apple sauce and then we poured our strawberry jello in the holes that I poked with the fork and we let this sit in the fridge for like, I don't know, three hours or so. So, next what we going to do. Next here, I have some fresh whipped so I just put heavy whipping cream in my KitchenAid and let it whip up so for this dessert I like using fresh whipped cream the best but it would also be real good with cool whip alright so we're just going to put some of this on there we're going to put a lot because I got a lot alright let's see we'll spread this out This dessert is so yummy y'all. I love making this. Where's my little cat? I think my little cat might be coming over y'all to say hi. Alright, make sure remember if you're using whipped cream or cool whip or anything, make sure your cake is completely cool but I don't know why I just said that because this one is cool because it was in the fridge. Alright. Sometimes, I don't know what I'm talking about. Alright, y'all. So, now, what we going to do here Let's see. I cut up some strawberries and I washed them too. I dried them off. So, I'm going to layer these strawberries in a beautiful pattern that I'm just making up in my head as we go. Y'all kind of like how geometry isn't my thing. Art really isn't my thing either. So, maybe this design looks a little a little juvenile but you know what? I don't care. It's going to taste real good y'all. Using some fresh fruit. I made my own whipped cream. Y'all should be proud of me. Look at me. Getting all fancy and stuff. Looks so pretty. Alright, you know what? And now, now that it looks like that, we're going to take the rest of these and just sprinkle em on top, alright? After I made that pretty design but I want to use all these strawberries. I think it's going to be real good like this. Alright. Perfect. Look at that and then, I don't know. Should I put this here? That kind of looks funny. I kind of want to put these here. What do you think, Fred? No? Okay, Fred says no. So, we'll listen to Fred. Alright, y'all guess what? Time to try it. I'm excited. This is going to be so good. Alright, Alright, let's see. So, I know some of y'all like when I take from the center. Some of y'all makes you mad. I still haven't decided where I'm going to take a slice from. Let's play a guessing game. Y'all am I going to take a center or a corner? Y'all know what I'm going to do. What do I do most of the time? I take from the center. I don't know why. I just like doing it. Y'all think I'm weird? I know. I like it. Alright. I'm so excited y'all. This is going to be beautiful. Let's see here. Oh wow. Look at that. Look at those layers with that jello. That's why I like making this cake. Fred, you should look in there too. Hold on. It looks real pretty on that side. The colors. I just love it. I think this dessert is so good. Alright, so you know what? Time to try it. I'm going to take a big bite. I'm going to get one of these strawberries too. Fresh strawberries, fresh whipped cream, little cake hack. It's going to be so good y'all. Y'all. Okay. This might actually be one of my favorite desserts I've made in a long time. I know I say everything's my favorite but for real, this is real good y'all. Mmm.
