Banana Cinnamon Overnight Oats | High Protein | Low Calorie
· 1 serving Ingredients: • 40g oats • 1/2 banana • a pinch of cinnamon • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey • 100ml water • 100g of high protein yoghurt - I used @fage_u • optional - 1/2 tsp sweetener Directions: • Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined. • Microwave for 1min 30sec. • Mix sweetener & yoghurt and spread over the oat layer. • Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. • Top with a couple of banana slices and sprikle some cinnamon to serve!
