Preheat oven to 425 F; 2. Remove the top shell of your lobster tails, de-vein and wash lobster tails; pat dry and brush with a mix of melted butter, olive oil, salt and pepper all over and roast for about 12 minutes or until internal temperature registers 130-135 F; 3.
