Add to spring form pan and press to form crust. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F. Add room temperature cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and sugar to a stand mixer or bowl. Blend until smooth. Add 1 room temperature egg at a time until each is well incorporated, scraping the sides of the bowl as you go. Wrap the bottom of the springform pan with foil. Add cheesecake to springform pan. Level mixture and tap the pan on the counter to ensure there are no air bubbles. Place the cheesecake in a deep roasting pan. Pour 1 inch of hot into pan. Careful place in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cheesecake should slightly giggle but be completely set. Let cool on the counter for an hour then place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or overnight. Add all pecan pie toppings to a pot or skillet. Cook on medium heat. Once the butter melts continuously stir for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Remove cheesecake from springform pan. Pour pecan pie topping on top and spread evenly.
