Process : * Pre-heat the oven at 180 C * In a bowl, mash the bananas, add in the sugar, oil, curd, vanilla essence & whisk it well * Sieve in the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon pwd & salt * Mix the wet & dry ingredients until a smooth batter is achieved * Dice the strawberries & coat them in flour before adding them to the batter * Mix the strawberries in the batter & scoop the batter into a muffin tray lined with cupcake liners * To make the pistachio crumble, mix the ground pistachios with sugar, flour & melted butter * Top the Banana Strawberry Muffins with the pistachio crumble & Bake in a pre-heated oven for about 18-20 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean * Enjoy 🍌🍓
