The Best Wings Ever! 🔥 | Making Homemade Outback Chicken Wings! | By Mr. Make It Happen | Only thing I order from Outback these days are the chicken wings and today I'm going to show you how to make it happen. First we gotta try their version. Pretty good as always but I think we can do better. Alright first things first we're going to season some clean and dry chicken wings with my all-purpose seasoning, some cumin, poultry seasoning, and some chicken bouillon. Get in there with your hands and massage that in. Next up you know we gotta troll the pork patrol. We're going to fry these wings in lard but feel free to use whatever oil you like. For the sauce all you need is melted butter, chicken bouillon, and your favorite hot sauce. Next We're going to season up two cups of all-purpose flour with the same seasoning as before. Add your chicken to the seas1d flour. Make sure you coat them evenly. We don't want any bald spots. Then we're going to add that to some 350 degree oil. Fry the wings for seven to eight minutes or until they're golden brown and beautiful like so. Now it's time to sauce them up. Add your perfectly fried chicken to a mixing bowl. Add the sauce. Give them a toss. Now it's time to plate these up. Brace yourself for a trademark money shot. Say it with me guys. Looking good. Going in for the taste test. All the specific measurements and ingredients in the caption. Now it's your turn make it happen.

87K views · 4.1K reactions | The Best Fried Chicken Mustard Fried js better than buttermilk 😎 #friedchicken #chickenwings | The Best Fried Chicken Mustard Fried js better than buttermilk 😎 #friedchicken #chickenwings | By The Kitchen | So I think it's about time that I teach you guys how to fry the perfect chicken wing. One thing I know is that true fried chicken really don't need nothing but a tiny bit of hot sauce. So let me show you how to get down on these. First and foremost, I know a lot of people get upset with me with this step. But I like to clean my chicken wings first. And it's just too much argument that usually goes down in the comments for something that I just prefer to do in my own house. So basically whatever this is in this bowl like this is the stuff that I left over for you guys to see. All the feathers, the actual slime, film, whatever you want to call it. That's the stuff I just don't want when I go to fry chicken. However, a common space. If you guys want to just take the chicken out the pack and fry it, go ahead and do that. I'm not trying to rid of the bacteria. I'm just doing what I was taught to do. Get that chicken all cleaned up. Rinse it off. Get that excess water off. You see I use gloves. I'm taking the gloves off. I'm going to hit the whole sink with some soap and some bleach. And yes clearly I mean the inside and the outside of the sink is going to be cleaned. Give everything a good spray just to make sure that you try to touch all the surface area that that chicken could've potentially spread bacteria to. Gonna give that a good the bowl that the chicken came out of. Make sure that the sink gets a good deep clean. I know some of y'all are like yo this video's supposed to be about fried chicken while we watching this dude clean the sink. Trust me. All the comments I've gotten on all my videos like this was necessary. So now that we cleaned the whole sink now we can get back to the chicken frying. If you feel so inclined to comment, do your thing. So I got that cleaned and patted dried chicken wings into a bowl. I'm going to whisk up a couple eggs because today we're doing a mustard fried chicken and we're going to use the eggs as part of the binding process. Into a bowl for the seasoning we got some sason, some smoked paprika, some nature seasoned all-purpose seasoning, some garlic and herb seasoning, a little bit of chicken bouillon and we're going to coat the chicken with that. Mix with that chicken bouillon with a little dried mustard too. We're going to add some hot sauce, those eggs, and some mustard. Make sure that you rub those chicken wings down with a glove or bare hand whatever you want to do. A lot of people ask why the mustard. The mustard serves as a binder and helps the seasoning to be evenly distributed on the chicken. And it actually the meat. So into a separate bowl we're going to get four parts flour to one part cornstarch and hit it with the same seasonings that we hit the chicken with. That one or four ratio for the cornstarch and the flour just means that for every one cup of flour you're going to use 1/ 4 cup of cornstarch. Get that all mixed up. You going to take that chicken. Shake that excess off and then put it right into that dry batter. Make sure when you get the chicken into the dry you go ahead and press that onto the chicken. Make sure that everything's fully coated and then get it onto a sheet tray with a bacon rack just to let the flour adhere to the chicken. I let that sit for about 15 minutes while I let some oil get hot to about 350 to 375 degrees. I fried the chicken for 10 to 12 minutes till it was nice and golden brown and it started to float to the top. The chicken to eat safely should reach an internal cooking temperature of a 6-five degrees which this chicken did. It was nice and crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Flavor was not only on the skin but in the chicken itself. Hit it with some hot sauce. Go ahead and burn the roof of your mouth with the chicken. It's okay. That one song told us that we will survive. Make sure you Try this fried chicken recipe out and let me know when you guys do. Cuz this one's the truth and you already know. It's a wrap. Let's go.
