Chile Vendor Verification Form

The application process and record keeping requirements are defined in the New Mexico Chile Advertising Act and NMAC 21.16.7

You will need to enter the following information, depending on whether you grow fresh chile or produce processed products:

Your business name, contact info, etc.
Type of chile(s) you grow and the locations of your fields (fresh only)
Retail outlets, processors, or distributors that you supply
Processed chile product names, labels, etc (processed only)
Suppliers/producers of New Mexico chile for your products (processed only)
Sign application and submit it

Your application will not be reviewed until you have entered all required information and guaranteed that it is correct.

You must complete your application within 30 days or you will have to start over.
